Autograph-Sports.com - Affiliate Service Agreement

Please read the agreement document below before registering.

1. Term of Agreements: The terms of this Agreement will begin once your Affiliate application is approved and will end when terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. You are only eligible to receive commission credits on sales transactions that occurred during the last period of the Agreement. Commissions will be paid quarterly for completed sales. Checks will be issued only after a minimum of $20.00 commission has been accumulated.

2. Amendments to the Agreement: We reserve the rights to change any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement, at any time at our own discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Please Note: IF YOU FIND ANY MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT UNACCEPTABLE, YOU MAY TERMINATE OUR PARTNERSHIP AT ANY TIME.

3. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement and Program. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

4. Commissions: Commissions will be paid quarterly for completed sales. Checks will be issued only after a minimum of $20.00 commission has been reached (you will have the ability to increase the minimum amount).

5. Returns: In the case of returns, if an item is purchased and returned before commissions of that item have been paid to the affiliate, the order and its affiliate fees will be treated as a NO SALE. If an item is returned back to us after an affiliate has been paid then the affiliate may have that credit deducted from his account. In this event, we also reserve the right to hold payment for any orders over two hundred dollars ($200.00) for 90 days.

6. Conclusions: YOU AKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
