Basically, we work with event promoters, sports memorabilia companies, and retail hobby stores in the marketing of a sports celebrity private or public signing.

If we believe our customers are interested in pre-sale access to the signing, we will list the event on our In-Person Signings Section.

If a signing is listed on our site, we will be able to offer mail-order, and pre-sale sports memorabilia from the sports celebrities in attendance at an event.

We will try to offer our customers a 10% discount off of the event advertised price for any item that is pre-ordered on our site. This often times can result in substantial discounts on pre-order items.

If we are authorized to sell tickets to a public signing, you will see it posted on our website.

• How much is shipping and sales tax?

Shipping is the same on our site as if the item was being shipped out of our offices in NJ. As a note, all orders being shipped to New Jersey are subject to Sales Tax.

When completing your order, you can place the items into your shopping cart, and the website will give you your final shipping amount during checkout. All orders over $200.00 will receive free shipping.

• Do you offer bulk discounts?

We often can provide bulk discounts when purchasing in quantity. Please give us a call.

• Do you always have the items listed on pre-sale available after the signing is over?

Depending on the signing, we do have some of these items available to our customers afterwards.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that they will be available after the signing is completed.

If you are interested in obtaining a signed item before an event or show, we recommend that you pre-order the item to ensure its availability.

As a bonus, on pre-order items, you often can receive a 10% discount off the event price.

• Why do the images for a signing sometimes show an unsigned item or a team logo?

We do not have pictures of the item yet since it is from a future event. We will show representative images when available. If you have any questions on a specific item, feel free to call.

• Can I get an item personalized by the athlete?

Yes, Autograph-Sports will make every effort to have your item personalized or we can have one of our items personalized as well. This is a great gift idea for birthdays and graduations.

• Can I send in my own item to be signed by the athlete?

Yes, we offer Mail Order and Send-It-In for most signings that we list on our site.

Send-It-In Policies
For any Mail-Order and Send-It-In Items, you are responsible to ship the items to us at your expense. We are not responsible for any damage to your items during the mailing process or while it is in our possession. We will not accept a send-it-in item unless you have spoken to one of our customer representative first and received a send-it-in id number for your item.

For items that already have a signature(s) on it, please call us for special handling instructions. There may be an extra Send-It-In Handling Fee added to these and larger Mail-Order Items.
